|Bio||My Personal goal and conviction is to create valuable and balanced relations between consumer and business that are sustainable and fair with regards to planet and society. How? By using my creativity and vision to come to ideas and solutions in the field of Product innovation, Marketing, Sales and Service and by using my experience in business consulting, business transformation and coaching to implement the changes in people, process, organisation and technology. My profession: Advisory on and managing of business transformations and/or consumer innovations. Such as: marketing solutions, Sales and service solutions, Innovation of new customer services. Next to my consulting work I have developed myself as a coach and mediator. Coaching professionals in their career, in resolving underlying inner conflicts that limit change and in resolving conflicts between themselves and a colleague, a client, a company or a customer. My experience and roles: Linking pin between business desires and realization, Overall solution design, taking the customer point of view through customer journeys that take customer ‘jobs’ and emotions into account, communication and presentation of new ideas, concepts and thought ware, Coaching and knowledge transfer, project management of Software implementation. Next to work I study and practice fine art and conceptual art.|
